Waste is defined as any unavoidable material resulting from domestic activity or industrial operation for which there is no economic demand and which must be disposed of (Sridhar, 1996).

Recently, solid waste is has become one of the three major environmental problems in Malaysia. It plays a significant role in the ability of Nature to sustain life within its capacity. Currently, over 23,000 tonnes of waste is produced each day in Malaysia. However, this amount is expected to rise to 30,000 tonnes by the year 2020.Therefore, this matter urge us to take this challenge to dispose and convert the waste especially vegetable and fruits to become wealth. (Sergio, 2001).

In our project, we found out that Tesco Seri Iskandar is disposing 100 kg of vegetables and fruits daily. Therefore, we try to change the daily waste that been produced to wealth .
